Consistency Pays
Consistency is required. 30 minutes of consistency or 30 hours of consistency, it doesn't matter. One will obviously grow faster than the other but they both WILL GROW!
Getting your network marketing business launched with a 90 day plan of massive action is a great way to create momentum and develop a compelling story to share with others. It is by no means the only way to kick start your business. This post is not about kicking off your business, it's about being consistent and creating a plan that encourages consistent action in order to keep it growing, just like any other business you might own.
Being consistent starts on day 1 of your business, whether you are in a launch phase or have been growing for a while.
Once the business is launched and established, a critical piece of success is going to be taking regular, ongoing, consistent actions steps. Should I say that again?? BE CONSISTENT. Life happens but be the stronger person, get over it and BE CONSISTENT!
If you work full time and have a busy home life like the rest of us (no excuses), then you likely want to focus on the simple building blocks of our industry; contacting and inviting someone to see your company and product and listening to your weekly team training calls. It's that simple and then grow from there as you get comfortable and those steps become muscle memory.
It’s important to create a daily and weekly action plan of income producing activities. Contacting, inviting and follow ups will be at the top of that list. If you're further into your business you will be also working with your team members on contacting, inviting and follow up for their businesses.
Most companies offer a proven system for success, and when the leader (you) keeps it as simple as possible, duplication will naturally follow with the team you build.
A great way to create those consistent actions steps is to make sure they get scheduled into your calendar, because what is on the calendar gets done!
Do you have any upcoming events to plan for? Put them on your calendar
Do you have anyone you are suppose to follow up with? Put an exact date and time on the calendar. If you don't know for sure you are available at that time, put it on the calendar. If it's there, you will figure it out!
