How to Sponsor on Purpose

As you build your network marketing business, set it up for long term success, not just instant gratification.

Set intentions for what you want your business to look like and who you want to partner with.

Write out this vision for your business and identify your perfect avatar for your team just as if you were writing a business plan to hire employees or contractors. Then, share this with others as you begin contacting and inviting.

One way is to use the third party approach and say - I am looking for people who fit this profile, who do you know who has these qualities?

Do the same things if you want to grow your business outside of your local area. Identify people you know in various locations and reach out and share that you are expanding a business in their area and are looking for some key people who fit a specific profile.

This type of intentional sponsoring creates a strong posture and will create curiosity naturally.

With gratitude,

Allison
