In the Foundation stage, we work on a Build Plan for the upcoming year. We develop a roadmap that will drive your business through the next year. The goal is to design and implement methods to help you stay the course that we have laid out together. Every decision will be a conscious one created in advance, by the parameters we develop for your business. This Build Plan will help you elimite decision fatigue, keep you energized and motivated about your company progress and, most of all, this road map will keep you focused on moving forward.

In the Objective stage, we focus on goal identification and measurement. This is not your typical accountability program. We work together to develop a process that doesn't allow your goals to fall through the cracks or come up with excuses as to why they weren't achieved. We take the pressure off of goal achievement and make it fun for you and your team. We all know it's hard but it can be fun too!

In the customer communication stage, we begin to look more closely at your customers needs and what they want to hear you say. We look at segmenting your ideal customers so you can easily talk to them as individuals. Building trust as if you were personal friends in an online and offline environment.

In the UnRule stage, we work on your marketing strategy. The milestones and universal principles that create your path to customer connection.

All of this comes together in the Spotlight stage. This is where we begin to unroll your true focus; the one thing that drives your business's success, the one thing drives YOUR success. We identify your financial attractor, your single message and what the heck should you be doing right this very moment to move your business forward the fastest!
